Bridging the Mind and Body Through Touch
What is Zero Balancing?
Zero Balancing (ZB) is a hands-on, body-mind system of therapy that balances the relationship between energy and structure within the bones and tissues of the body.
ZB uses energy movement to integrate Western medical science with Eastern energy healing traditions into an original, practical and coherent bodywork skill.
Based on principles of nature, ZB promotes internal balance and harmony through the use of informed, skilled touch.
How might you benefit from ZB?
Zero Balancing is a primary health maintenance system.
Regular ZB releases stress and tensions within the body and the mind, relieves symptoms caused by energetic or structural imbalance, and encourages integration and stabilization.
Aligning energy with structure enhances the body's natural healing processes and supports optimum health. Zero Balancing works in conjunction with medical therapy and is not a substitute for it.

What should you expect from a ZB session?
A typical session is refreshing and often deeply relaxing, taking up to 30 to 40 minutes. After an initial discussion with your ZB practitioner, to share information about your current state of health and your reasons for seeking ZB and also a brief evaluation of the tension held in your bones, joints and skeletal structure, you will be asked to lie on your back, fully clothed on a massage table.
Your Zero Balancer will then follow a carefully developed protocol and invite a release of tension in your body by holding a series of gentle finger pressure points called 'fulcrums'.
ZB clients feel a deeper connection with themselves, less physical discomfort, a general sense of higher well-being. Chiropractic clients feel more peaceful after an adjustment that is integrated with some gentle ZB work.
How often should you receive a ZB session?
Many people initially seek Zero Balancing to relieve specific symptoms, but, often continue to receive sessions thereafter, at intervals of two to four weeks for maintenance, as their quality of life improves.
